Privacy and guest data
Who can see your data, how it's protected, how long we keep it and where to report a privacy concern.
Who can see my data?
Your account data is visible to you and – to the extent needed to run your account – to the Fetka team. Guests only see what you show on the event page, such as the hosts' names.
Who can see guest data?
Guest data (contact details, responses, notes) is visible only to the event organizer. Guests can't see each other.
Is guest data public?
No. The guest list isn't shown on the event page, and event pages aren't indexed by search engines. We store guests' email addresses in a separate, protected place.
Does the event link give access to the organizer's account?
No. The event link and guests' personal links only open the event page and that guest's response. You need to log in to access the organizer's dashboard.
Does Fetka sell user data?
No. We don't sell organizers' or guests' data. We only process data to provide the service – the details are in our privacy policy.
How is user data protected?
Your connection to Fetka is encrypted, only the organizer has access to guest data, and we store guests' email addresses separately from the rest of the data. Payments are handled by Stripe – we don't store card details.
How long do you keep event and guest data?
We keep event and guest data until the organizer deletes it, and no longer than 12 months after the event date. We keep billing data for 5 years, as required by tax law. That 5-year period follows Polish tax regulations.
Who is the data controller?
The data controller is the operator of Fetka named in the privacy policy. For anything related to personal data, email legal@fetka.pl.
Where can I find the Privacy policy?
In the footer of every Fetka page or at fetka.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.
Where can I find the Terms of service?
In the footer of every Fetka page or at fetka.pl/regulamin.
How do I report a privacy concern?
Email legal@fetka.pl. You can request access to your data, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Guests can ask for their data to be deleted directly, without going through the organizer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of UODO, Poland's data protection authority.
